We’re buzzing with all the preparations for the launching of the new control panel. Surely, you are as excited as we are and curious about what we’ve got cookin’ for you. Much as we would like to share the full details, we have to shush for the meantime and restrain our impulses.

But not to leave you in the dark completely, here is another quick look on what our development team has been working on for the past weeks.

Quicker Widget Customization

Customizing a chat widget can be done in a matter of minutes to complement your website’s look and branding. However, switching from dashboard to website is rather a hassle and the load times can be a little exasperating each time you refresh.

With the Preview widget (available in the new dashboard), you can change colors, chat greetings and widget position in one place. With this, you’ll know exactly what suits in an instant. Convenient isn’t it?

Easier Agent Management

On the upper right side of the control panel, you will find a dropdown menu beside the profile image and locate the Agent management tab (currently Users).

Assigning websites to your agents just got easier. All you have to do is send them an invite via email to become either an agent or admin to your website/s and they can setup their own agent/admin profile instead of you.
