How do I add live chat agents?
Users with upgraded accounts can add multiple live chat agents from the dashboard. To add a live chat agent, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login to your Offerchat account.
Step 2: Click Menu
Step 3: Go to Agent Management
Step 4: Click Add New Agent
Step 5: Enter your agent’s email address.
Note: The system will send a notification, along with login details to this email. Please coordinate with the individual you’d like to add for the correct email address.
Step 6: Assign roles and website.
Note: You can assign the person as an Agent or Admin (or both). You can also specify the website he or she will be assigned to if you have multiple websites listed on your account.
Step 7: Click Send Invite
