ERROR: Invalid email or password login error
When you log in to your Offerchat account and encounter a login error, it means something’s amiss with your login credentials. Follow the checklist below to resolve the issue:
Check CAPS lock
Check the caps lock indicator above the number pad on your keyboard an make sure the second light is not activated. Caps lock could be messing up with your password. Passwords case sensitive.
Double check email
Make sure that you are using the correct email address you registered for Offerchat. Emails are not case sensitive, however, make sure you have the right format and any punctuations or special characters should be in its right place.
Now sure what email you registered? Check if it’s the right email entering your email address in this page. If it shoots back with another error, Contact Offerchat support. If not, proceed with the password reset steps. It should fix the login issue.
Reset password
If you’ve verified it’s the correct email address, and the caps lock key is alright, the culprit could be your password. It could be you’re not entirely sure about the password you have in mind. Time for a password reset. Click the link “Forgot Your Password?” in the login screen. Follow the instructions for resetting the password on your screen. If this did not resolve the issue, proceed to the next step.
