    I have migrated… i have 30 people on my site right now… and offerchat shows 2 (my logins)… how can we fix this… delete the account and start over, cuz it is bugged…

    Hi Dan,

    You might want to update the chat widget on your site to detect visitors from the dashboard. How to update: Login to your dashboard > Websites > Select a website to view the code. Then copy paste this to your HTML like you’ve done the first time.
