What does White Label mean?

White Label is a feature only available for Offerchat users who have upgraded to the Enterprise account.

In this feature, a user can replace the default Offerchat logo and bottom banner in the live chat widget and replace it with their brand-specific banner and logo. Through the White Label feature, brand-conscious business owners, companies, agencies, big enterprises, and organizations can re-brand the live chat widget on their website as their own and make it look exclusively developed for their brand.

To avail of the White Label feature, go to Dashboard and upgrade your account under My Account.

Update (4/09/2025): A white labeled widget is only available for users who avail of Offerchat’s live chat outsourcing services. A more elaborate and flexible white labeled widget is still on our marketing iterations and would be announced in very soon.
