Activate Desktop Notification for New Chats

Desktop notifications are pretty handy when you’re working on your computer while being online in live chat on your website. To receive notifications right on your desktop screen, follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to the dashboard

Step 2: Access the Menu by clicking your avatar

Step 3: Click Accounts

Step 4: Click Notifications on your left

Step 5: Click Enable desktop notifications

Step 6: Allow the pop up prompted by the browser

Step 7: Click Enable desktop notifications again to see a green checkbox
