The development team is keen on adding a Pre-Chat Form which administrators and Offerchat account owners can activate before their website visitors and customers can connect to chat with a live chat agent. The pre-chat form can be enabled by account owners and administrators from the Settings section in the Offerchat client control chat panel when they login.
